Jura

This Glasgow, (Belfast?), steamer dragged her anchors in Dunnet Bay and was stranded near Murkle.  The crew including Captain Ambrose, were landed safely but the vessel became a total loss.

The Jura was steel built and 76m long by 11m wide and was 1507 tons gross.

Possible position 58 36 50N, 03 25 00W.
